Cynthia Farias, Esq., is a California licensed attorney and founder of Farias Law, APC., located in Orange County, California. Cynthia is a Certified Specialist in Family Law as per the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Prior to opening her own firm, her practice areas included family law, criminal defense, and civil litigation.

She has extensive experience in the courtroom, and has represented many clients in custody hearings, emergency hearings, child and spousal support proceedings, domestic violence, criminal trials, civil trials and complex civil litigation. Additionally, Ms. Farias has a strong record of success in motion practice in various areas of law, such as demurrers, summary judgment, as well as other dispositive and discovery motions. She also has experience in appellate work and has successfully argued in front of the California Appellate Court.  

Her vast experience in these areas of law has given her the ability and skills to litigate every aspect of family law and has excelled as a divorce lawyer. Her understanding of the discovery tools and the Code of Civil Procedure has helped her achieve successful outcomes for divorce judgments, division of property, allocation of debts, custody orders, visitation agreements, as well as spousal and child support orders.
